[Es werden 2 neue Arten der Gattung Asymmetrione im westatlantischen Ozean beschrieben. A. desultor parasitiert Pagurus longicarpus in Nordcarolina, P. bonairensis in Südflorida, und P. provenzanoi neben Antigua und Pylopagurus sp. auf Cay Sal Bank. A. clibanarii parasitiert Clibanarius tricolor bei Florida und den Bahama-Inseln. Verbreitung und Vorkommen der Gattung Asymmetrione werden diskutiert., Es werden 2 neue Arten der Gattung Asymmetrione im westatlantischen Ozean beschrieben.
