This paper focuses on the meaning of school culture in the realization of the purposes of religious schools. Successful school leaders understand and utilize the mechanisms that embed culture within their organization. Multicultural society puts a challenge to this task. The paper states that the state of the art of school leadership has not yet found a way to maintain cultural integrity while having an open-door policy.
