AbstractThis research is an analytical study of eleven thamudic inscriptions found in Samarmada valley at the al-Jafr region in south Jordan. These inscriptions have been presented here in transcription, and facsimile together with a discussion of a number of points which have been arisen from their study. The study aims at analyzing the inscriptions, meanings and structure of the words and the proper nouns contained therein
