Den forholdsvis sparsomme norske rettspraksis pÅ det internasjonale felt er blitt beriket ved noen ganske interessante høyesterettsdommer i de siste par År De folkerettslige dommer er i sitt innhold mindre interessante enn de dommer som angÅr internasjonal privatrett, ikke fordi de forhold som er gjenstand for dommene i og for seg har mindre betydning, men fordi de grunnleggende teoretiske forhold som til en viss grad ble behandlet i prosedyren ikke blev avgjort av høyesterett, mens derimot de store farskapssaker av 24 september 1953 i virkeligheten betyr et oppgjør med tidligere praksis og derfor er blitt meget omstendelige
