Extensive review of the doctoral dissertation of Kornelius Meijer on this subject which focuses on the jurisdiction of the (Dutch) Council for the restoration of rights, on the procedural and substantive law of E 100 and on the case law concerning real estate. Up to now questions arise as to the unique position of the Decree E 100 and to the capacity of J. Eggens as a legislator.
