A number of changes have occurred since REACH came into force in June 2007. These changes included modifications to the Regulation itself as well as the adoption of 4 Commission Regulations on test methods, fees, the qualifications of the European Chemical Agency's board of appeal, and the rules on the organisation and procedure of that body.
