The description of Tylenchulus mangenoti n. sp. confirms the opinion of RASKI (1957) on the close relations between the genera Tylenchulus Cobb, 1913 and Trophotylenchulus Raski, 1957. The presence of a functional anus is noted in the females of Tylenchulus mangenoti and the author suggests that the anus and the posterior part of the alimentary canal, though difficult to perceive in the females of others Tylenchulidae, may nevertheless be functional.
