L'auteur donne une description de Hoplolaimus angustalatus n. sp., parasite des racines des bananiers. Cette espèce diffère des autres espèces de ce genre par la possession de membranes latérales rudimentaires, une excroissance située entre la lunule du bulbe median et la région postérieure oesophagienne, la division des 3 anneaux basaux de la tête en secteurs et par l'absence de "titillae" sur le gubernaculum testis.
