Two new species, Rogerus rajasthanensis and Monhystrella gracilis, are described from the banks of a salt water tank in Jodhpur. The diagnosis of the genus Rogerus Hoeppli & Chu, 1934 is emended. R. rajasthanensis n. sp. differs from R. orientalis (Hoeppli & Chu, 1932) in possessing a smooth cuticle and only four setae on the head, in having equal-sized teeth and a valvular oesophageal bulb, and in a-ratio. M. gracilis comes closest to M. plectoides (Cobb, 1918), but differs in c-ratio, in the absence of two distinct rhabdions at the anterior end of the stoma and in position of vulva.
