Ecphyadophoroides graminis n. sp. is distinctive in possessing anteriorly located vulva (V = 57-61), vagina sloping anteriorly inwards and smaller b'-value than in E. tenuis Corbett, 1964. Ecphyadophora acuta n. sp. is characterized by the presence of elongate-cylindrical spermatheca with sperms in females, needle-like spicules and absence of gubernaculum in males. E. vallipuriensis n. sp. can be distinguished by the presence of four incisures in the lateral field, anteriorly located vulva, oval spermatheca, tylenchoid spicules, short but distinct gubernaculum and long filiform tail. Amended diagnoses of the two genera are given.
