Paralongidorus boshi n. sp. and P. spiralis n. sp., are described from Kumaon hills of Uttar Pradesh, India. These two species are distinctive in having large pouch-like amphids with slit-like apertures. In addition P. boshi possesses a guiding ring located about 4 labial widths from the anterior end and a short tail whereas P. spiralis has a strongly curved body, hemispherical head and rounded tail.
