All of us, who are working in the field of Soviet studies, ought to be grateful to Professor Loeber for his tremendous work of searching and compiling the often hidden and old sources for "statutes" of Soviet Central agencies. This compilation, published in 8 Rev.Soc.Law 1982 No.4, 359-367, is of such a great value, that it deserves to be amended and corrected in a few points. I wish to stress, that the following list does not "reveal" inaccuracies of the author, but includes obvious misprints (e.g. items I 44, II 5) and new legislation (e.g. items 1 13, 42, 57, II 16), whereas Loeber's list is expressly entitled to be "as of 1 July 1982".
