Affiliations: 1: Andrew Solomon is presently a Legal Analyst and Co-Director of Research at the Central and East European Law Initiative (CEEL1) in Washington DC. He has extensive experience working with international organizations, most recently having served as a Legal Analyst for the OSCE. He has also worked for the Legal Department of the OHR (Office of the High Representative) in Bosnia and the UNHCR. He also spent five years at the Brookings Institution as an analyst of US foreign policy and international affairs. Andrew Solomon holds a juris doctor from Catholic University of America; a masters of arts in international affairs from American University; and a bachelors of arts in political science from Temple University.
