Affiliations: 1: Vivienne O'Connor is the coordinator of the Model Codes for Post Conflict Criminal Justice at the Irish Centre for Human Rights, Galway, Ireland. She is currently writing a Phd on the rule of law and law reform in the context of peace operations. Colette Rausch is with the United States Institute of Peace Rule of Law Program and specializes in peace and stability operations, postconflict administration of justice, human rights, and international organized crime.
