Affiliations: 1: David F. Davis is a Senior Fellow and Research Assistant Professor at the Program on Peacekeeping Policy of the Institute of Public Policy, George Mason University. He has been working with Peace Operations and the applications of analytic techniques to Peacekeeping for six year, since his retirement from the US Army's Corps of Engineers.; 2: Beth Cohen DeGrasse directs the project on Peacekeeping and the United Nations for the Council for A Livable World's Education Fund. She has directed the program for one year, previous to which she was a member of a congressional program on international security
