image of Insect Systematics & Evolution

In Norway 59 species of Olethreutini have been found. Four of these are for the first time recorded as new to the country, viz. Eudemis porphyrana (Hb.), Apotomis fraterculana Krog., A. algidana Krog. and Argyroploce tiedemanniana (Z.). One species, Olethreutes umbrosana (Frr.), is deleted from the Norwegian list. A special attention is paid to Apotomis Hb. and Endothenia Steph. which comprise several confused species.
