ABSTRACT Palinurelluswieneckii (de Man, 1881), reported from the Hawaiian Islands for the first time, occurs in cryptic habitats and is probably nocturnal. The three specimens examined were collected in caves at depths of 9―11 m, and sightings were made in caves at depths of 11-27 m.
