ABSTRACT Two species of stenopodid shrimp of the genus Odontozona are here recognized from the eastern Pacific. Odontozona rubra, new species, a red shrimp from the Gulf of California, is described. A broken specimen, probably O. spongicola (Alcock and Anderson), has been collected off Santa Catalina Island, California.
