Affiliations: 1: The firm has prepared an up-date for continuity, supplied this year by Michael O'Kane (sections 1-9). Details will be provided in the next volume of the Yearbook. However, there is a report by Dr Yahya Abdullah Al-Samaan of the firm (section 10) which deals in detail with the right to a fair trial briefly dealt with in last year's survey (see this Yearbook, volume. 7 (2000-2001), pp. 276―278).
