Affiliations: 1: Associate Professor at the Law Faculty of Marmara University and the Deputy Director of The Human Rights Center. Legislation is available in the Resmi Gazete (Official Gazette (OG)). There is a compilation of the laws in force (Yürürlükteki Kanunlar Külhyati) published by the Prime Ministry. The decisions of the Constitutional Court are also published in OG. High Court decisions are published in various journals: The Journal of the Decisions of Court of Cassation (Yargitay Kararlar Dergisi), The Journal of Conseil d'Etat (Daniftay Dergisi), The Journal of High Military Administrative Court of Appeals (Askeri Yüksek Idare Mahkemesi Dergisi). There is also a private journal, Journal of Scientific and Judicial Decisions (Umi ve Kazai Içtihadlar Dergisi) published by Kazanci Yaymlan.
