Affiliations: 1: Ph.D., International Relations, University of Zurich, Switzerland; Masters Degree, Political Science, University of California, Santa Barbara, U.S.A. Consultant on international environmental policy issues. Up until 1994 was Section Head at the Swiss Environment Agency and has participated in many international environmental negotiations and meetings. Also was a project director on trade and environment at the University of California's Institute on Conflict and Cooperation from 1994 to 1996, and an evaluator of the Performance of the Global Environment Facility 1997 and 1998.
