Affiliations: 1: Steve White is a director of Discovery Group, the holding company of Durrants, the press-clipping service he purchased in 2000. Before acquiring Durrants he worked for Holt Saunders, the European arm of CBS Publishing; McGraw-Hill Book Publishing as group CEO of EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) and Canada; and The Thomson Corporation as CEO of its legal and regulatory publishing outside North America. As a publisher he served on the board of the STM Group and as a media monitor is vice chairman of the international federation FIBEP (Fédération Internationale des Bureaux D'Extraits de Presse), founded in 1953 in Paris, the home of the world's first press-cutting agency, Argus de la Presse, which is still in business there today.
